Material inlet
Loose film is fed directly into the compactor.
The material stream enters the inlet hopper continuously.
Compacted result
Compacted film leaves the machine as a compact bar.

Infeed by direct connection or hopper, automatic intake and welding in the heated channel produce stackable bars ready for recycling and transport. The exact format depends on the model.

A direct pipe connection to your system — or to your existing extraction setup.
Compact
The material is automatically drawn into the suction and compaction channel.
Weld
The piston welds the film into a solid block all the way around inside the heated channel.
Cut to length
The finished bars are cut to the desired length with the cut-to-length device for easy handling.
