100-tonne CNC press brake
Six controlled axes and CNC-controlled table crowning maintain the angle across the full bending length — from the first part to the five-hundredth.
Programming takes place away from the machine: bend sequence, tools and collision checks are defined before your sheet is loaded. This shortens setup time — an advantage that matters for small batches and repeat orders.
What 100 tonnes means
Sheet thickness and bending length are interdependent: the stronger the material, the shorter the bend possible with 100 tonnes.
up to approx. 2,400 mm bending length — almost the full machine width
up to approx. 1,500 mm bending length — thinner sheets can be longer
across the full bending length of 2,505 mm
Guideline values for 90° bends using standard tooling. They depend on the tool, bending radius and flange length; we confirm whether your part is feasible after reviewing the drawing.
