Waterjet Cutting
A cold cut with no change to the material structure — for almost any material, including multi-layer stacks. On a 3.000 × 2.000 mm cutting bed.

Abrasive waterjet at 3,790 bar
A high-pressure jet of water and abrasive cuts the material cold at 3,790 bar — without a heat-affected zone, distortion or structural change. A conveying system with storage hopper supplies abrasive to the cutting head continuously, even over long contours.
The system is CNC-controlled using cutting software — directly from your drawing. Before making a commitment, our specialists assess the economical cutting thickness for your material and specific part.
One point of contact — from cutting to delivery.
Book the complete process chain, or just the step you are missing — you can enter at any stage. Which process fits depends on material, geometry and quantity; on request we will assess that for you.
Cutting
One process is enough — we recommend the right one.
Forming
Bent to precise angles — repeatable across the entire series. 100 t, bending length up to 2,505 mm.
Inspection & Delivery
Dimensional check, packaging — one delivery date for everything.
Optional: We arrange sand blasting as well as hot-dip and chemical galvanizing through regional partner firms.
Challenge
Heat-sensitive materials that would warp or change structure under thermal cutting.
Solution
Waterjet cutting with no heat input on the 3.000 × 2.000 mm bed — a single process for almost any material.
Result
Distortion-free, dimensionally accurate parts — with no thermal rework needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
An established partner for metal fabrication and metal processing in OWL, Bielefeld and Gütersloh for many years.
Ask a Question →What materials can you cut?
Almost anything: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, composites, stone — including combinations of materials.
When should I choose waterjet over laser?
Whenever no heat input is allowed, for thick or mixed materials — and anywhere the material structure must remain unchanged.
How large can the parts be?
The cutting bed measures 3.000 × 2.000 mm — for larger contours, let's talk and we'll work it out.
