03 — Application solution

KP2000 MAX Recycling Edition.

Compact lightweight plastic fractions directly where they emerge after washing and drying. The Recycling Edition has no suction unit of its own: material is transferred to it from the processing line. Material intake, infeed height and interfaces are adapted to the material flow and the existing line.

01

Test the material

A material trial determines compaction behaviour, throughput and suitable process settings.

02

Configure the system

Material intake, infeed height, interfaces and recipe parameters are engineered for the project.

03

Integrate into the line

The processing line transfers the lightweight stream directly; the Recycling Edition compacts it continuously without its own suction unit.

The values come from a reference trial with a lightweight PP fraction. Throughput, density, bar weight and geometry depend on the material and project configuration.
