To ensure a smooth process, we ask you to carry out the following steps before delivery:

1. disassembly of add-on parts (e.g. handles, hinges, seals)
2. removal of loose dirt and coarse grease or oil residues
3. Fixing moving components (if removal is not possible)

This allows us to concentrate on the essentials during the coating process and achieve a uniform, high-quality surface.

In many cases, yes. However, the old paint or powder coating often has to be removed or at least sanded down so that the new powder coating can adhere optimally. The exact amount of work required depends on the condition of the existing coating and the material of the workpiece. It is best to contact us with photos or details so that we can estimate the work involved

In principle, we can also reliably coat complex shapes and geometries. However, please note that

- Electrostatic application may be more difficult in tightly angled or difficult to access areas.
- Filigree details or very closed cavities require special care.
