Description

Pavel Gerätebau GmbH is a medium-sized mechanical engineering company based in Halle Westphalia. We have been developing and producing durable special machines for compacting plastic films for over 20 years. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time (35 hours/week) commercial employee (m/f/d) for order processing and administrative activities.

Responsibilities / main tasks
  • Order processing from quotation to invoice (national & international)
  • Communication with customers, suppliers and forwarding agents
  • Maintenance of order and customer data in the ERP system
  • General office organization and administrative tasks
  • Supporting the management, especially in their absence
  • Correspondence (written/oral) in German and English
  • Independent task prioritization
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk)
  • Experience in processing, order processing or assistance
  • Confident handling of MS Office, ERP knowledge an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English (written & oral)
  • Structured, independent way of working and strong organizational skills
